Tour Itenary :

Day. 01 Airport - Kumai - Proboscis Tour - Houseboat (L, D)
On arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, meeting service then transfer to Kumai, seaport and the gate to reach the National Park. Onboard, crossing Kumai River in approximately 15 minutes to reach Seikonyer River, the main river in National Park. Our own cook will serve lunch on boat. We are riding on the boat about 2 hours to reach National Park. On the way up Sekonyer River you will see the different vegetation around the river bank like Nipah Palm, Pandanus, water lily, etc. In the late of Afternoon we continue our tour to observe Proboscis monkeys along the riverbank. Proboscis monkeys are being the endemic animals that can be seen only in Borneo. Dinner and Overnight on the boat (L, D)

Day 02. Houseboat - Pondok Tanggui Orangutan Rehabilitation - Camp Leakey - Houseboat (B, L,D)
After break fast, we will visit the activities at Pondok Tanggui Orangutan Rehabilitation Center, the second rehabilitation center where we can enjoy to see the mothers and dependent baby who still cling to the mother join the feeding around 09.00 AM. Here you will see how they coming through from the forest to reach the supplement from the ranger. While you observe them come, you also have time taking pictures and having the information from your guide about them. Return to the boat and continue our tour to reach the highlight of National Park, Camp Leakey area. It will pass the black water river which is full natural wildlife. Here you will see birds, monkeys, fish, also if you are lucky the fresh water crocodile. Lunch will be served on boat before reach Camp Leakey at 12.00 PM. Arriving at Camp Leakey, then walk up to the camp to see the information in the information center or searching the orangutan around the camp. If we have enough time we can hike into the forest to gain information of the heterogenic forest wildlife while observing some wild animal as well. We continue our tour by following orangutan feeding which is being held at 14.00. Feeders will lead us to the state platform. We will enjoy the situation till 16.00 back to the boat, downstream to see thousand of firefly around the Nipah Palm. Overnight and having dinner around its palm. (B,L,D)

Day 03. Houseboat – Kudangan – Penyombaan – trekking up to Pedukuhan (B, L, D)

Early Morning breakfast on the boat direct transfer to Kudangan by private Car. It will take 4 hours. Lunch will be provided en route in the local restaurant. On arrival in Kudangan village continue up to Penyombaan Village for starting point to do trekking. It will take about 2.5 hours trekking for 5 Kilometer. You will pass by several rivers that floating down from the mount. On arrival in Pedukuhan, the Dukun or Shaman will do welcome ceremony. This ceremony is used for welcoming guest before enter a new forest or new rice paddy. Enjoy your time to see the real local people activities. Here you could see Jurung (rice storage). Dinner and overnight in the traditional house.

Day 04. Pedukuhan – Penyombaan – Kudangan – Pangkalan Bun – Hotel (B, L, D)

After breakfast trekking up to see the water fall, enjoy your time and swimming around the water fall area. Back to the Pedukuhan, packing up and trekking down direct to Penyombaan Village drive back to Kudangan Village. Enjoy your time to see the Long House before return back to Pangkalan Bun by Private Car. Lunch will be served en route in the local restaurant. On arrival in Pangkalan Bun direct transfer to the hotel. Dinner in the local restaurant.

Day 05. Hotel – Pangkalan Bun Airport (B)

Breakfast in the hotel and free on your leisure before we transfer you up to the Airport for your next destination. End of the Tour.
